As a user, you have the ability to upload, store, and transfer files, videos, pictures, data, information, and other materials through the plugin (collectively referred to as “User Content”). Recombinant AI™ does not claim ownership of your User Content unless you give prior permission. The ownership of all the services and content provided through the plugin, such as software, services, audio, video, text, and photos (excluding User Content), belongs to Recombinant AI™ and/or its licensors. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in this agreement or given written permission by Recombinant AI™, all rights not explicitly granted in the plugin, service, and content are reserved. You agree not to duplicate, republish, organize, download, transfer, alter, rent, lease, sell, distribute, license, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works or services based on the content, plugin, or Recombinant AI™, except when used in conjunction with the services provided by Recombinant AI™ through the plugin.

The content and services offered through the Recombinant AI™ plugin are provided as-is and as-available, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Recombinant AI™ does not make any guarantees or representations regarding the security of the Recombinant AI™ plugin, services or content. The Recombinant AI™ plugin and servers may not be free of viruses or other harmful elements, and Recombinant AI™ is not responsible for any damage or loss of data resulting from using the plugin or related services. Any use of the plugin or related services is at your own risk and discretion, and you are fully responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data.

You hereby guarantee:

• You confirm that the information you provide to Recombinant AI™ regarding the plugin and services is accurate, complete and up-to-date;
• You have the necessary authority and authorization to enter into these terms of service;
• You have reached the legal age to enter into a binding agreement with Recombinant AI™;
• You will obtain any necessary government approvals required to abide by these terms of service- You will fulfill your obligations under these terms of service in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and rules.

Recombinant AI™ is committed to addressing claims of copyright infringement in accordance with international intellectual property laws. If you believe that your work has been illegally copied, please provide us with the required written information.
